Health information: medical history, treatment history, family history, subjective complaints, objective findings, treatment plans, coaching plans, and exercise, nutrition and lifestyle habits.

Like many site operators, information that your browser sends whenever you visit the site is collected (ie. log data). This information may include your IP address, browser type, the site pages you visit and the date and time of your visit to our site. When accessing our site via a mobile device information such as device usage, location and browsing history may be collected.

While the security of your information is important to us and we will strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect this information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security as no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Security measures for Personal Information, both electronic and physical, includes double authentication (electronic), locked file storage (physical), and access to business accounts limited to a single desktop.
For active clients Personal Information may be stored within Acuity Scheduling and Google Workspace functions (such as google drive). Client files will be maintained for 10 years after the last date of service. In the case of a minor Personal Information will be stored for 10 years OR 2 years after the last date of service (whichever is longer).

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that you agree to under the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
